Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• Provide first-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

• Assist users with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and common business applications.

• Set up and configure network printers and troubleshoot printing issues.

• Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.

• Create, maintain, and update IT asset inventory records.

• Respond to IT support requests in a timely and professional manner.

• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when required.

• Provide remote support to users when necessary.

• Ensure IT equipment and workstations are properly maintained and secured.

• Assist in maintaining documentation for IT procedures and user guides.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support roles.

• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.

• Familiarity with computer hardware, printers, and peripheral devices.

• Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Good communication in English.
