Manage structurally aligned salary review processes alongside fair, dignified off-boarding ownership systems. Manage critical IBRB compliance mandates and ensure departmental audit readiness for all internal and external reviews. Forecast, build, and strictly monitor the corporate HR operational and training budgets.
1. Soft Skills Curriculum Design & Blueprinting Design a standardized, plug-and-play Soft Skills Curriculum, creating high-impact modules addressing communication, teamwork, and branch leadership. Partner with the Senior TM&D Manager to analyze skill gaps among Technical Leaders and Individual Contributors to build the foundational top 3 soft skill blueprints. Support the setup of training-related KPI frameworks (such as “Soft Skills Training” or “Training Completion”) to be integrated into Team Leads’ or Branch In-Charges’ (BICs) performance metrics. 2. “Train-the-Trainer” (TTT) & Regional Hub Deployment Establish, lead, and facilitate the “Train-the-Trainer” (TTT) Program to certify regional branch managers, BICs, or regional representatives as qualified Branch Champions. Coordinate the launch of regional hubs by grouping nationwide branches into core territories (e.g., Upper, Middle, and Lower Myanmar) to scale training efficiently. Continuously monitor and audit the quality of local training rollouts executed by certified Branch Champions across all branch locations. 3. Training Delivery & Nationwide Execution Personally facilitate and deliver high-impact virtual training sessions and lead localized, physical training roadshows for critical branches and regional hubs. Formulate and execute the Yearly Soft Skill Training Plan acting as the primary internal trainer, systematically mapping delivery against company requirements, identified skill gaps, and career paths. Serve as the dedicated lead trainer for the corporate rollout of any HR New Policy implementations, ensuring consistent transfer of knowledge across all nationwide office locations. 4. 70-20-10 Learning Framework Management Operationalize the 70-20-10 Soft Skills Learning Framework by managing the delivery channels: 10% (Social Learning): Coordinate self-learning tracks from the Talent Development Library and lead peer discussions with Branch Champions. 20% (e-Learning): Partner on hosting short, bite-sized digital learning modules on the corporate Learning Management System (LMS). 70% (On-Site Learning): Provide continuous virtual and physical workplace reinforcement and coaching through certified Branch Champions
