Job Summary Innovix Solutions is seeking a Software Sales Manager to drive growth for our HR System in Yangon. Key Responsibilities ● identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, understand needs, and close opportunities with professionalism and energy. ● Manage the full sales process for own leads — including lead generation, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure. ● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and strong customer satisfaction. ● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales performance. ● Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and client updates for management review.
Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and generate effective and efficient reports. Assign tasks to development team for project tasks Serve as the liaison between clients and developers and management Effectively communicate project insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; issuing progress reports; recommending actions Collaborate with development team and appropriate internal teams to ensure that the final product meets client’s requirements. Conduct Testing processes and write test cases. Prepare user manuals as necessary. Deliver finished projects to clients, conduct training sessions, assist in UAT period Provide feedback to the development process based on lessons learned from completed projects. Provide solutions to customers' issues redirected by customer support
Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders. Build DAX calculations and measures to support data analysis and reporting logic. Use SQL and Python to extract, process, and prepare data for reporting. Work with analysts, product teams, and business stakeholders to ensure datasets are accurate and analytics-ready. Improve dashboards to ensure they run efficiently and are easy to use. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Power BI reports, datasets, and reporting pipelines.
