Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Develop project plans, timelines, goals and budgets and identify resources needed
Assign tasks to development team and project management team and oversee their performance
Serve as the liaison between clients and developers and management
Effectively communicate project insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; issuing progress reports; recommending actions
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Deliver finished projects to clients, lead and organize UAT sessions and training
Provide feedback to the development process based on lessons learned from completed projects.
Manage all phases of the project to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and that project requirements are met.
Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree or related qualifications in IT, Computer Science
Experience in implementation of ERP System (or) Ecommerce websites and mobile apps
Two years and above experience in project Manager position
At least 5 years and above experience in software/website development field.
Certificate on Project Management is Plus
Good command of English 4 skills
Strong communication skill (Both written and verbal) and ability to train others
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile
Ability to proactively address risks
Effective resource management
Strong analytical, planning, decision making, problem solving, multitasking and task prioritizing skill
Strong team working and collaboration skill
Strong reporting and documentation skill and attention to detail
