Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and generate effective and efficient reports.
  • Assign tasks to development team for project tasks
  • Serve as the liaison between clients and developers and management
  • Effectively communicate project insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; issuing progress reports; recommending actions
  • Collaborate with development team and appropriate internal teams to ensure that the final product meets client’s requirements.
  • Conduct Testing processes and write test cases.
  • Prepare user manuals as necessary.
  • Deliver finished projects to clients, conduct training sessions, assist in UAT period
  • Provide feedback to the development process based on lessons learned from completed projects. 
  • Provide solutions to customers' issues redirected by customer support

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or related qualifications in IT, Computer Science
  • 1 to 5 years' experience in similar position (Position level will be determined based on experience level)
  • Experienced with ERP or HR systems 
  • Good command of reading and writing of English Language
  • Strong communication skill(Both written and verbal) and ability to train others
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, multitasking and task prioritizing skill
  • Strong team working and collaboration skill
  • Strong reporting and documentation skill and attention to detail
