Develop project plans, timelines, goals and budgets and identify resources needed Assign tasks to development team and project management team and oversee their performance Serve as the liaison between clients and developers and management Effectively communicate project insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; issuing progress reports; recommending actions Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Deliver finished projects to clients, lead and organize UAT sessions and training Provide feedback to the development process based on lessons learned from completed projects. Manage all phases of the project to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and that project requirements are met. Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
Responsible for deploying and managing cloud-based solutions on AWS platforms. Collaborate with Solutions Architects to architect and design scalable and secure solutions tailored to client needs. Estimate server size based on projected workload and performance requirements. Perform configuration and installation of ERP systems, web servers, and FinTech servers. Conduct in-depth technical research to identify optimal solutions for customer requirements.
