Personnel and Administration Update, manage HRIS and Personnel information for Employee such as Leave, Health Insurance, etc Ensure for the updating the Employee Data Base ( HRIS and Printed Documents ) Employee attendance & monthly report Announcement for the New Employee, Birthday, Marriage, Child Birth, Family Lost, etc Training administration for employees Liaise with labor office by preparing and submission of employment contract, SSB, OT files General Affair Set up asset authorization and consolidate asset data in the system Recommend action (replacement/write off) to asset Monitor company’s assets and reconcile asset data with finance Follow up and settle all office service’s (cleaning, pest control, waste management, security, ferry, Visa & stay for expatriate, GA item stock) issue Consolidate inventory stock, collect and file user request for office supplies, prepare and monitor stock balance of goods
Supervise and guide Technical Service staff and assign daily tasks. Prepare and review Master Processing & Packaging Instructions . Prepare and review Technology Transfer and Research Protocols/Reports . Coordinate and participate in New Product Development and Process Validation activities. Provide technical support during production trials and validation batches. Manage and verify technical data entry in the Oracle System . Coordinate with R&D, Production, QA, QC, and other departments . Ensure technical documents comply with GMP, SOPs, and company requirements . Identify and resolve technical issues and follow up on corrective actions. Monitor team performance and support staff development. Prepare reports and provide updates to management.
