Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Lead and execute the end-to-end recruitment strategy for factory operations.
  • Administer and maintain the HRIS, including position creation, job requistions, onboarding, employee data management, leave tracking, and resignations.
  • Manage the full payroll cycle for third-party employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review, verify, and validate overtime records for both expatriate and local employees. 
  • Oversee general office administration and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Handle daily HR operational activities and employee-related matters,
  • Liaise with government authorities and OSSC on all HR-related regualtory processes. 
  • Coordinate with external service providers (hazardous waste management, pest control, security, janitorial, ferry and catering services) and verigy monthly invoices.
  • Arrange visa applications, air ticket bookings, and hotel accomondations for expatriate employees.
  • Support annual talent review and succession planning initiatives for critical positions.
  • Assist in the performance management process, including evaluations and follow-ups.
  • Support HR audits and coordinate external inspections at the manufacturing plant.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in BBA, BBM, Human Resources, or Administration.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experiences in HRGA operations.
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written) to liaise effectively with expatriates.
  • Strong Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Good personal organizational skills including time management and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • Able to work in Thilawa Economic Zone
