We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated engineer who is passionate about

• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team and activities
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Review and approve SOPs, batch records, and quality documentation.
• Handle deviations, CAPA, change control, and product complaints.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure corrective actions.
• Ensure product release meets quality and regulatory standards.
• Train staff on quality systems and GMP compliance.
• Support product complaints and recall procedures when required.
• Prepare quality metrics and management review reports.
• Handle qualification document and executing of qualification of the facilities, machines and instrument.

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

• 5–7 years of specialized QA experience within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Open to all genders; single candidates are preferred.

• Expert knowledge of GMP guidelines (WHO, PIC/S, EU, or Local).

• Proven track record in handling audits, validation, and documentation control.

• Hands-on experience managing Deviations, CAPA, and Change Control.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team leadership abilities.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Excellent documentation skills and regulatory knowledge.
