Key Responsibilities Promote and sell general insurance products through assigned bank branches Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Conduct regular visits and maintain strong relationships with bank staff (tellers, relationship managers, branch managers) Provide product training and updates to bank partners to improve sales effectiveness Support customers in completing insurance applications and documentation Ensure proper follow-up on leads generated from bank channels Handle customer inquiries and provide suitable insurance solutions based on customer needs Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and bancassurance agreements Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, and promotional activities within bank branches
Manage daily workshop operations to ensure efficient, timely, and compliant claims handling Oversee inspections, assessments, and repair processes while optimizing resources and workflow Lead accurate technical evaluations, approve estimates, and handle complex or high-value claims Collaborate with claims adjusters and stakeholders to ensure smooth claim resolution Oversee customer service and ensuring prompt response and high service standards Monitor customer satisfaction, improve first-call resolution, and handle escalated complaints Lead, coach, and develop technicians, assessors, and customer service teams Drive a performance-focused and customer-centric culture Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and quality standards Control costs, manage budgets, and track KPIs Collaborate across departments and with external partners
Provide ongoing support, policy updates, and renewal reminders. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships. Managing and supporting 3 to 5 bank branches, depending on the geographic area. Working closely with the sales team and reporting directly to the Business Sales Manager (BSM). Building strong relationships with bank partners and their customers. Actively identifying and developing new business opportunities beyond branch referrals. Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently on first contact (First Call Resolution). Provide accurate information on products and services. Follow company guidelines for handling complaints, issues, and escalation procedures. Service Level Adherence: Answer calls within the service level goal (within 10 seconds). Ensure minimal call abandonment and handle calls in an efficient manner. Quality Assurance Compliance: Adhere to the scripts, guidelines, and compliance protocols provided by the company.
