As our HR Executive (Training & Development) , you will: Support the design, implementation, and management of learning and development programs to enhance employee skills, engagement, and organizational capability. Ensure training initiatives are aligned with business objectives and talent development strategy Key Responsibilities Training Needs Assessment · Collaborate with HRBPs and department heads to identify training needs. · Maintain database of skill gaps and development requirements. Learning & Development Programs · Assist in designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs (soft skills, technical, leadership). · Track training calendar, schedules, and attendance. Training Administration & Coordination · Manage logistics for training sessions, workshops, and e-learning programs. · Coordinate with external trainers, vendors, and consultants as needed. Evaluation & Reporting · Collect feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. · Prepare training reports, metrics, and dashboards for HR CoE and management review. Learning Initiatives & Continuous Improvement · Support initiatives for career development, succession planning, and talent mobility. · Promote a learning culture across the organization through campaigns, newsletters, and awareness sessions
As our HR Executive (HRIS) , you will: Manage, maintain, and optimize the HRIS system to ensure accurate employee data, process efficiency, and effective reporting. Support HR operations and HR Shared Services in leveraging HRIS capabilities. Key Responsibilities Maintain employee records in HRIS and ensure data accuracy. Configure HRIS workflows, user access, and system settings as per policy. Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review. Support payroll, C&B, recruitment, and other HR functions with HRIS data. Identify system improvements and assist in HRIS upgrades or new implementations. Provide training and support to HR team on HRIS usage
As our Junior Interior Designer , you will: Assist in the design and documentation of interior works for food & beverage stores. Support senior designers with drawings, 3D visualization, and site coordination to ensure projects follow brand and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Support development of layout plans, design concepts, and material selections Prepare basic technical drawings and details under supervision Create 3D models, renderings, mood boards, and presentation materials Conduct site measurements and update drawings based on actual conditions Assist in coordination with Project, QS, and Procurement teams Track design revisions and maintain organized drawing files Review shop drawings and samples, and assist in quality checks on site Support multiple store roll-outs with timely document submission
