As our HR Executive (HRIS), you will:

Manage, maintain, and optimize the HRIS system to ensure accurate employee data, process efficiency, and effective reporting. Support HR operations and HR Shared Services in leveraging HRIS capabilities.

 

 Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records in HRIS and ensure data accuracy.
  • Configure HRIS workflows, user access, and system settings as per policy.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.
  • Support payroll, C&B, recruitment, and other HR functions with HRIS data.
  • Identify system improvements and assist in HRIS upgrades or new implementations.
  • Provide training and support to HR team on HRIS usage

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
  • Certifications in training, L&D, or coaching are a plus
  • 3–5yearsinHRIS management or HR operations with system exposure.
  •  HRIS proficiency (SAP etc.), Excel, analytical mindset, attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills; attention to detail and integrity.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
