As our HR Executive (Training & Development), you will:
Support the design, implementation, and management of learning and development programs to enhance employee skills, engagement, and organizational capability. Ensure training initiatives are aligned with business objectives and talent development strategy
Key Responsibilities
- Training Needs Assessment
· Collaborate with HRBPs and department heads to identify training needs.
· Maintain database of skill gaps and development requirements.
- Learning & Development Programs
· Assist in designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs (soft skills, technical, leadership).
· Track training calendar, schedules, and attendance.
- Training Administration & Coordination
· Manage logistics for training sessions, workshops, and e-learning programs.
· Coordinate with external trainers, vendors, and consultants as needed.
- Evaluation & Reporting
· Collect feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
· Prepare training reports, metrics, and dashboards for HR CoE and management review.
- Learning Initiatives & Continuous Improvement
· Support initiatives for career development, succession planning, and talent mobility.
· Promote a learning culture across the organization through campaigns, newsletters, and awareness sessions
