Sales Reporting: Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (e.g., sales performance, sales achievement by channel). Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, follow up on deliveries, and escalate issues to the sales team or managers when needed. Database & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer information, pricing, and order history in CRM or Odoo system, outlets data list. Coordination: between sales reps, finance, warehouse, and marketing teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely communication. Filing & Record Keeping: Organize and maintain physical and digital files related to customer transactions and sales team activities.
