Job Responsibilities Sales Target Achievement Execute sales strategies and PJP to achieve monthly sales targets. Lead and support the assigned area team in fulfilling sell-in and sell-out goals. Team Oversight & Field Execution Supervise daily operations of assigned sales team, provide on-ground guidance, monitor performance, and ensure discipline in route coverage and customer engagement. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers, shop owners, and clinics to drive consistent orders, customer satisfaction, and long-term loyalty. Territory Development & Account Growth Identify new customer opportunities within the territory and support in onboarding and activating new resellers or channels. Promotion & POSM Execution Ensure timely and accurate implementation of trade promotions and POSM activities. Monitor and report execution results with photo evidence where applicable. Performance Reporting & Coordination Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, including team performance evaluations (KPI). Coordinate with logistics and supply teams to ensure smooth order delivery and issue resolution.
1. Financial Reporting & Accounting Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Maintain general ledger accounts, reconcile bank statements, and oversee accounts payable/receivable. Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes. Monitor financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. 2. Cost Control & Budgeting Develop and monitor budgets, providing variance analysis and recommendations for cost reduction. Analyze operational costs, freight expenses, and inventory valuation to optimize profitability. Support financial forecasting and business planning. 3. Tax & Compliance . Prepare and submit tax returns, liaising with tax authorities when necessary. Assist in audits and regulatory reporting. 4. Cash Flow & Financial Management . Manage banking relationships and oversee transactions. Provide financial analysis for investment and business expansion decisions. 5. Logistics & Supply Chain Accounting Reconcile logistics-related accounts and oversee billing accuracy. Ensure proper documentation of transport and inventory costs. 6. Team Leadership & Support Supervise and mentor team member. Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to align financial and business strategies.
