Develop regional sales plans and targets in alignment with the organization objectives. Meeting planned sales goals and setting individual sales targets with the sales team. Analyze the sales and market trends and discover new opportunities for growth Prepare sales analysis reports monthly, quarterly, and yearly and share it with the Senior Management Team timely Coordinating with marketing on lead generation and collaboration with related departments. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products. Coordinate with the Sales Manager in forecasting the Regional sales yearly, quarterly, and monthly and define monthly sales targets for the teams. Get the updated data and information from the market, define the potential impact, and find the way to navigate the solutions promptly. Strong communication skills and able to communicate maturely with Regional distribution agent. Please note that Regional Sales Supervisor position must be able to travel around Upper/ Lower Myanmar to promote products.
