Responsible for calling on practicing physicians, hospitals and other health-related organizations/personnel within an assigned territory. Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis Provide product information and deliver product samples: demonstrating or presenting products to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses and pharmacists Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback: Daily visit to doctor /lab/clinic/hospital to promote the product and maintain relationship Prepare and discuss weekly and monthly call doctors with superior to identify the target doctors, potency of each doctors and status of each target doctor Monitor product promotion activities by observing the market in order to evaluate the effective work process Field visit for sales call must be done individual and also together with supervisor/team leader. Allocation of time spent in the field must be 90% of total working time
Enter and update data in the Excel, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulations. Perform other tasks assigned by the Supply Chain Manager or Management Team. Properly prepare, organize, and maintain business-related documents. • Enter daily data and type office correspondence.
