Managing the Medical Promotions team and Medical Sales team of Yangon and the whole Myanmar to establish new customers, doctors, creating demand andimplement strategy to increase market penetration that meet short- and long-term business objective. Supervise MSR/MR to promote medical products effectively to get more market share; Market routes, Meeting with doctors, in aligning to the KPI. Developing action plans to increase business and managing and leading the sales and marketing team to achieve the target and excel to business growth. Identifying the potential target customers and create a territory plan utilizing MR, MSR and market feedback and adding own knowledge of local market demand. Lead team to promotion strategies that to align customer business requirements and assign resources appropriately. Liaising between doctors, customers, and internal departments Contributing technological expert opinion upon customers query and requirement to align with company products and sources. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned Supporting the team with the promotion advice and ensuring the sales drive are in place Field visit for sales call must be done together with supervisor/team leader and MR/MSR. In the absence of supervisor, field visit must be done with MR/MSR. Allocation of time spent in the field must be 70% of total working time. Building a high-performing promotion team by providing strong mentorship, coaching, and guidance. Proactively develops and maintains a team of high‐performing team and continually seeks innovative method improving team performance. Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities.
Handle recruitment processes including job postings, CV screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Assist in preparing EC -employment contracts and HR-related letters. Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and maintain monthly HR reports. Support payroll process by collecting attendance and leave data. Maintain and update employee records (both digital and physical). Facilitate employee engagement activities and training arrangements. Support implementation of HR policies and procedures and assist in preparing reports, memos, letters, and other documents. Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and security of the office premises. Oversee facility management (repairs, utilities, office equipment). Need to prepare ISO documentation files for HR and Administration. Issue Staffs Uniform, Staff Identity cards for permanent staffs. Update the staff personal file for National monthly. Record the staff in/Out list monthly prepare the confirmation announcement for probation and uniform list Maintain documents filing system and handle confidential documents properly.
Develop strategic brand planning, implementing, follow up and cooperation with Marketing team and Sales team. Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies. Maintain effective internal communication with all departments and external communication with principles. Observe how to overcome sales objections and comfortable to take sales rejection. Need to develop and sustain the placement status of the team products and to do regular KOL doctors and field visits. Responsible for all events with product presentations in CME, CNE activities and team presentations with principal site. Manage and plan the team budget and sample for nationwide. Need to create promotion materials and marketing tools for responsible team. Manage the team and review team members’ performance and KPI Responsible to drive the whole team’s business and National Sales target & achievement. Ensure reporting and close working with management and operation for the growth and development of assigned business.
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments to support company growth. Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform strategic decision-making Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets Monitor and report on sales performance using KPIs and analytics tools. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Operations, Product, Finance) to align client needs with company capabilities Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed Manage marketing tools including email campaigns, and digital marketing platforms
Support the product and trade marketing plans and the achievement of respective product sales through supporting the team to equip with strengthen product promotion and selling Responsible for market analysis and survey, Competitors know how and when requested by the company Detailing Scripts, Respective Target doctors for the products, Competitors (information supported from the promotion team, training assessment and report Training Assessment must be fully recorded and filed up Review and develop the training curriculum in accordance with company expectation Developing product training materials including Basic Medical Knowledge, Specific products details Responsible for the events supporting as MC and other preparations Assist & Support to achieve the sales target and can travel as necessary to branch offices Responsible for all events with product presentations in CME, CNE activities
