Managing the Medical Promotions team and Medical Sales team of Yangon and the whole Myanmar to establish new customers, doctors, creating demand and implement strategy to increase market penetration that meet short- and long-term business objective. Developing action plans to increase business and managing and leading the sales and marketing team to achieve the target and excel to business growth.
