Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Ensure to obtain drug registration certificates and renewing existing registrations to ensure products remain compliant with FDA requirements.
  • Prepare and compile required dossiers, application forms, and supporting documents for drug registration and renewal submissions
  • Maintain proper records of approved products, registration status, and expiry dates.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain regulatory documentation in both hard copy and electronic filing systems.
  • Ensure all regulatory and registration filings are scheduled, tracked, and submitted accurately and on time.
  • Check the validity of Drug Importation Approval Certificates through the online regulatory system.
  • Prepare and submit documents for renewal of Drug Importation Approval Certificates before expiration dates.
  • Assist in obtaining import recommendations for food products/medical devices/ beauty/cosmetic products through the online system.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Bio Chemistry, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, pharmaceutical registration, or related regulatory work.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management
  • Familiarity with FDA online systems and regulatory submission processes is an advantage.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
