Manage digital marketing activities including social media, website promotions, email marketing, and online advertisements. Coordinate with Sales, Network Planning, Revenue Management, and Corporate Communications teams to support commercial objectives. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and business opportunities. Monitor campaign performance, customer feedback, and marketing KPIs to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements. Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, travel agents, and tourism organizations. Plan and organize promotional events, travel fairs, sponsorships, and branding activities.
