The Distribution System & Payment Manager is responsible for overseeing the airline’s distribution channels, reservation system connectivity, payment platforms, and ticketing payment operations. The role ensures efficient sales distribution, secure payment processing, system reliability, and seamless customer booking experiences across all direct and indirect sales channels. The position also leads strategic initiatives related to digital distribution, payment solutions, and commercial system optimization to support revenue growth and operational efficiency. To ensure smooth functioning of distribution systems, OTA connectivity, website sales, BSP, and payment gateways, while supporting sales channels. Ensure smooth operation of e-commerce platforms and troubleshoot booking/payment issues. Monitor OTA sales, connectivity and resolve distribution issues. The Airline Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing strategies to promote the airline’s brand, routes, products, and services.The role focuses on enhancing brand awareness, supporting revenue growth, and maintaining strong market competitiveness through both online and offline marketing activities. Promote airline products, destinations, special fares, and seasonal campaigns through various marketing channels. Manage digital marketing activities including social media, website promotions, email marketing, and online advertisements. Coordinate with Sales, Network Planning, Revenue Management, and Corporate Communications teams to support commercial objectives. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and business opportunities. Monitor campaign performance, customer feedback, and marketing KPIs to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements. The Officer, Network Planning & Scheduling, plays a key role in optimizing the airline’s route network and schedules.
