Supervising flight handling related services for ensuring a safe, secure and on time performance. Responsibility for the day-to-day supervising of all operational related activities Monitoring, measuring and seeking to improve the delivery and efficiency of customer service standards To monitor compliance to procedure with the view of enhancing service delivery standards · Ensuring proper passenger-and baggage handling, including accepting special categories of passengers, seat allocation procedures and baggage size, etc... Work under Senior Staff's action plan. Handle incoming phone calls for Passenger Service Director (PSD) regarding meal requirements. Record and process passenger load, class types, and crew load information. Submit daily meal orders to designated caterers for pre-meal, final-meal, and total daily uplifted quantities. Maintain and update Meal Statistics reports and provide weekly reports to Managers and Head of Department. Ensure data accuracy in all records between IFS and Caterer. Monitor and respond to communications via Viber chat, email, and mobile. Coordinate with relevant teams for necessary clarifications. Support office workplace cleaning and handle miscellaneous tasks. Maintain flexibility and good attitude in the workplace while communicating smoothly with teams and relevant colleagues. Perform other duties as assigned by Managers and Supervisors.
