Manage directly daily cash receipt from serval sales channels such as Passenger Sales Agencies (PSAs), group deposit and corporate deposit.

Accept emails and Viber for bank deposits from PSAs and manage to top up its amount in Hittit System for being issued air tickets by PSAs (Bank Transferred)

Check the daily basics which much be reconciled with bank slips and transactions in Hittit system that is prepared by revenue staff.

To prepare the annual tax return report for agent account balance.

To provide the documents as for the external audit requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (LCCI- Level-3, ACCA part 1) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
  • Experience in preparing journal entries and general ledger maintenance.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Good attitude with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage stress effectively.
