Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Supervising flight handling related services  for  ensuring  a  safe,  secure  and  on  time performance.
  • Responsibility for the day-to-day supervising of all operational related activities
  • Monitoring,  measuring  and  seeking  to  improve the delivery  and  efficiency  of customer service standards
  • To monitor compliance to procedure with the view of enhancing service delivery standards        ·
  • Ensuring proper passenger-and baggage handling, including accepting special categories of passengers, seat allocation procedures and baggage size, etc...
  • Ensuring passengers are being offered the service as per MAI Standard
  • To conduct flight briefing and debriefing to the team daily
  • Supervise and control in all areas of passenger and baggage handling
  • Ensure staff are positioning assigned areas in sufficient time to commence the duties at the required time

Job Requirements

* Age not over 40

* Working experience in airlines or aviation industry for 4 years & above
* Diploma holder or same level
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Excellent in multitaking abilities
* Strong written and communication skills
* Strong decision making skills
