Lead the course management cycle, including: course planning, pricing, registration, coordinating with key stakeholders (including the faculty or course facilitators), executing on project plans, monitoring student progress and closing the course. Ensure the courses are structured, designed, & delivered to provide a quality learning experience for the students and to support the desired learning outcomes for the courses. Collaborate with academic management team. Ensures the continuous improvement of the courses through designing mechanisms to gather feedback from students, faculty and staff, as well as developing and executing upon plans for the optimization, continuous improvement, and refinement of the courses. Responsible for overseeing the delivery of effective educational products and experiences.
Creates a plan to manage, implement and monitor a series of Student Affairs events to encourage student satisfaction, engagement, and retention. Manages and advises the student clubs on all programmatic initiatives brainstorming, program development and execution, event logistics, and financial management Directs the Student Council and student clubs through the facilitation of an effective educational awareness program to help them maintain and establishes a close connection with the student body and the University leadership. Collaborates with faculty and staff to identify leadership and experiential learning opportunities for students, and creates program to foster student learning and development Organizes, manages, and executes high profile campus events for the entire MNU community (i.e. Union Day, National Day, Independent Day, Mother's Day, and other Global Days) Represents the University in external community events that require student participation Oversees student recreational facilities inclusive of off-site sports and recreational spaces Supports and actively participates in various events organized by other colleges/departments including but not limited to: student recruitment campaigns, competitions, and media exhibitions Coordinates the investigation of student violations of MNU policies and the Student Code of Conduct Manages student complaints through emails, personal meetings, or the Call Center, and directs complaints to the concerned departments, then provides students with feedback regarding the actions, if any taken to address their complaints Compiles reports and data in response to institutional effectiveness and performance, external auditors, and accrediting bodies, as needed.
Able to teach according to the BTEC (HND) syllabus - Well planned for developing to the assignments procedures with the external verifiers. - Have to focus on student-centered teaching approach. - Have organized and responsibly followed by yearly course and curriculum planning. - Can work to finish the quarterly assessment of student work/assignments. - To update activities including curriculum and professional are undertaken and agreed with HND courses. - To participate in internal verification and moderation procedures with Academic Consultant and Quality Nominees. - To involve inappropriate team and Committee meetings upon the situation. - To work an annual teaching workload of duties hours as detailed in the college workload agreement - To work together with program coordinators to create lesson plans. - To involve for student's entrance exam procedures (Explaining, writing Test, Oral test).
