  • Recruiting required manpower Position , Searching New Cvs , Screening Cvs, Contacting To Appropriate Cvs, Negotiating right vacancies by right pay rate.
  • Checking Daily Attendance from Fingerprint Software, Filling Employee Data with HR Software, Leave or Absent schedule report by each staff, Allowance for Meal, Uniform ,  Transportation, Payroll report for Monthly Salary
  • Sharing for New Employment Orientation, and distributing Employee Handbook. Announcement for 3 month probation letter, and then we request for permanent evaluation form, Assessment Procedure For Office Staff and Teaching  Evaluation Form For Teacher, Arranging Training Program by Program Director.
  • Undertaking for employee relationship following matters.-Offer Employment Contract according to labor Law.
  • Run for formal resignation employee, job hand-over process, refilling information linked with    R&S Section, and do an Exit interview
  • Mainly perform doing Teaching Time table (Full Time or Part Time)
  • Departmental Organizational Chart filling System according order to BOD
  • Overall Responsible For HR Functional Procedures

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree, Diploma in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
