Assist and coordinate with brand managers, whole brand and marketing team and relevant stakeholders to achieve set marketing objectives. Collaborate with designer, brand team, brand owners and vendors in developing design, premium items that helps support sales and brand building. Ensure strict adherence to brand guideline & work through brand team & designer to get final approval from brand principals. Ensure timely execution of branding & activation activities. Source quality premium items and other POSM items Discover the consumers trends, consumer insights and competitors activities monitoring to stay ahead of the competition. Carry out related marketing and brand activities while monitoring competitors’ activities and plans to report back to brand and marketing team. Participate regular market visit to be well informed of current market situation. Cooperate effectively with trade marketing team, sale team and other departments for maximum success rate.
Contact debtors via phone, email, or written communication to negotiate payment of overdue amounts. To cultivate working relationships with customers, guiding them through the repayment process. Prepare statements of account for creditors. Follow up with customers to ensure payments are made in a timely manner. Work to improve operational processes. Keep records of all customer communications to build individual debtor cases.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align activations with business goals. Oversee the planning, development, and execution of activation campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and experiential marketing events. Conduct research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends. Building relationships with vendors, clients, and media outlets. Measure and report on campaign performance against KPIs and ROI goals. Manage budgets for activation projects, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources. Analyze consumer feedback and engagement to enhance future marketing initiatives.
