-       Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, and network infrastructure.
-       Diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely or via onsite visits, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to operations.
-       Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications and operating systems.
-       Collaborate with other IT team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
-       Document and maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps.
-       Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT equipment, including computers, printers, CCTV, GPS and peripherals.
-       Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in IT support to enhance service delivery.

-       Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
-       Proven experience working in an IT support role, with strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
-       Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely resolutions.
-       Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
-       Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
-       Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
-       Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
