Key Responsibilities: • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and internal controls • Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities • Support in developing financial strategies for business growth • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and ACCA standards • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial matters • Report directly to the Finance Manager and management team
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet business goals Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Production, Sales, Finance) to forecast demand and align supply chain planning Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy Determine key supply chain KPIs Train and evaluate others Provide constructive feedback to management on supply chain planning Build and maintain good relationships with vendors Understanding of principles of accounting and finance. Collaborate with others from diverse backgrounds in order to identify problems and find solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field, 3+ years’ experience in Sales & Marketing field and Government Relation experience Strong understanding in government protocol Must have driving license Must be strong passion, energy, and excitement for the job Good problem-solving skill and Good personality/ well appearance Able to drive (Must have license) and to travel to nationwide Myanmar. Ability to work independently and with a team Prefer Construction & Materials experience.
Providing timely assistance to team members regarding benefit and human resource questions and issues. Maintaining employee personnel files to ensure legal compliance. Preparing offer packets, benefit packets and other employee related information. Providing written and verbal employment verifications. Assisting with the creation of training manuals, HR manual, and employee handbook. Updating job descriptions, Organization Chart as needed. Coordinating and setting-up training classes. Arrange car using for Marketing, Account, Purchasing and HR & Admin Assisting with creation, distribution and collection of feedback from company-wide annual survey. Assisting with providing research for policies, training, strategic planning, and other human resource issues. Assist with payroll process as needed to ensure efficient and accurate processing.
