• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes • Manage daily accounting operations and ensure strong internal controls • Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities • Support the development of financial strategies to drive business growth • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and International Accounting standard • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial matters • Report directly to the Finance Manager and management team
Female candidate preferred Must have completed LCCI Level 3 (Accounting) Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field is preferred Experience in accounting field will be an advantage Knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Good communication and organizational skills Able to work independently and as part of a team

Manage a warehouse stock inventory based on predicted requirements Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage. Monitoring shelve stocks and product displays, and the general appearance of the store. Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the Company’s procedures and requirements Deliver the product to the customer on time, every time using appropriate methods Provide a safe working environment, adhering to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and ensuring they are understood and practiced by the team at all times Ensure orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of materials meets customer’s timescales/requirements
