Job Description:

As a Color Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of colors in products according to company standards. Your duties will include:

  • Performing color matching and testing according to technical specifications.
  • Maintaining consistency and quality in production batches.
  • Documenting color measurements and reporting results to the team.
  • Collaborating with production and quality teams to solve color-related issues.
  • Following safety and standard operating procedures in the laboratory or production area.
  • Continuously updating knowledge of color technologies and techniques.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Industrial Chemistry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in color matching or production lab is a plus (preferred but not required).
