Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

•            Manage import license applications, extensions, amendments, and cancellations via Trade net.

•            Apply and follow up on lab test processes with DRI.

•            Handle chemical registration and chemical recommendation processes.

•            Prepare and submit license-related documents weekly for urgent earning processes.

•            Manage purchase order processes with local suppliers.

•            Enter incoming stock data accurately into the ERP system.

•            Claim advance cash from the Finance Department for assigned tasks.

•            Prepare and submit weekly reports to the Supply Chain Manager.

•            Maintain, renew, and extend Trade net and wholesale & retail registration certificates.

•            Monitor MOC/MOI announcements and maintain good working relationships with relevant government authorities in Nay Pyi Taw and Yangon.

Job Requirements

•            Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

•            Previous experience in procurement, import/export operations, or licensing processes is preferred.

•            Good knowledge of MIC, MOC, MOI, Customs, and Trade net procedures.

•            Basic knowledge of ERP systems.

•            Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

•            Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
