Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation Initiate and organize OHS training of employees and executives Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment) Support the development of OHS policies and programs Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (noise levels, use of machinery etc.) Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker’s compensation claims Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management
1. Prepare financial statement and variance analysis 2. Ensure timely, accurate month end closing and financial reporting to management 3. Assist in audit process, income tax and commercial tax filing 4. Cash handling, review and monitor cash flows 5. Participate in internal policy set up, review financial policies and procedures 6. Assisting with providing research for policies, training, strategic planning, and other human resource issues. Assist with payroll process as needed to ensure efficient and accurate processing.
