Manage all company vehicles on a daily basis. Monitor vehicle movement & fuel usage. Supervise and manage company drivers. Prepare driver duty schedules. Monitor driver performance and discipline. Ensure vehicle licenses, registration, insurance, and tax documents are updated. Maintenance & Repair Conduct regular vehicle inspections. Coordinate repairs and follow up with service providers. Maintain accurate fuel consumption records. Schedule routine servicing and preventive maintenance Coordinate transportation for staff, management, and company operations. Maintain cleanliness and good condition of all vehicles. Prepare monthly vehicle expense reports. Investigate vehicle accidents or damages and report to management. Promote safe driving practices Ensure compliance with traffic laws and company vehicle policies. Handle emergency vehicle arrangements when required. Ensure proper logbook recording for all trips.
You must be able to prepare a Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet for at least one business unit. You should be able to analyze various sales and purchase transactions using accounting software and prepare weekly/monthly financial summaries . You must also be able to accurately review and verify the Trial Balance . Manage able to go the bank to perform bank, receipt and payment operations. Manage Inventory count and prepare Inventory Report. Monthly Ground Stock Taking Supervise weekly cash balance Task the assign by the Manager Must be able to accurately check Daily Cash & Bank transactions. Supervise Payables/Receivables by weekly/monthly Must be able to participate in Team Work. Manage all export and import operations for raw materials, packaging, machinery, and finished goods. Ensure timely customs clearance and smooth shipment process. Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and government authorities. Prepare and review shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, Import/Export License, etc. Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations. Monitor shipment schedules and solve delays or logistics issues. Control freight cost, duty, tax, and logistics expenses. Work closely with Procurement, Warehouse, Production, and Finance departments. Maintain proper records of all import/export transactions. Manage supplier and overseas customer communication professionally. Stay updated on trade laws, customs procedures, and market trends. Lead and supervise the Export/Import team.
Oversee daily administrative operations of office, factory, warehouse, and outlets. Manage company facilities, maintenance, utilities, and security systems. Supervise office staff such as admin team, drivers, cleaners, and security guards. Handle government licenses, permits, renewals, and compliance matters. Manage company vehicles, fuel usage, servicing, and transportation arrangements. Coordinate office supplies purchasing and inventory control. Support HR department in attendance, staff welfare, accommodation, and employee services. Control admin budget and monitor expenses effectively. Support company events, meetings, and internal activities. Solve administrative issues quickly and efficiently.

Plan Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new employee. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness. Coordinate with external training providers when necessary. Management of the team ensuring high performance and productivity. Day to day operations with an emphasis on quick response times to the hotel units. This is order to limit any potential impact as a result of supply issues on hotel operations. Sourcing and supply across a wide range of spend categories. This includes food, beverage, consumables, service contracts and capital. Contract tendering, negotiation, implementation. and management. Identify cost saving opportunities that will enhance the profitability of the company. Data analysis and reporting including monitoring mechanisms that identifies savings achieved by category and supplier. Develop and build relationships with existing suppliers and create relationships with new suppliers. Communicate to suppliers the needs and expectations of the company and support the hotels in monitoring supplier performance in line with KPI`s, contractual obligations , and service level agreements. Ensure compliance of established purchasing policies and procedures. Conduct ongoing reviews of same and implement continuous improvements where required. Supplier reviews and audits. Develop a suitable contract database and protocol for ongoing supplier management including the ongoing creation and management of preferred suppliers. Highlight key contracted information. Effectively engage with hotel operations and finance to ensure processes and controls are understood and best practices adhered to. Implement training programmed where necessary. Work closely with Accounts Payable to ensure a smooth workflow within the procure to pay process and lead process and efficiency improvements. Assist in the development and achievement of departmental goals and objectives. Consult / work with other senior managers on specific initiatives as required and undertake any other duties as requested by the senior management.
