Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Manage overall Finance & Accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and working capital.
  • Monitor AR, AP, inventory and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with Myanmar tax, accounting standards and company policies.
  • Review financial transactions, controls and supporting documents.
  • Work closely with Sales, Production, Procurement and other departments on financial matters.
  • Lead and develop the Finance team and improve financial processes.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to Management for business decisions.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance; ACCA or CPA is an advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of Finance & Accounting experience, including 2–3 years in a Managerial role.
  • FMCG / Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, costing, tax and internal controls.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and Accounting/ERP software.
  • Strong analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

High level of integrity, accuracy and accountability
