Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

Assist the Finance Manager in managing daily Finance & Accounting operations.
Review and monitor daily & monthly accounting transactions, payments, receipts and supporting documents.
Prepare monthly financial reports, management reports and financial analysis.
Assist with budgeting, cash flow planning and expense control.
Monitor AR, AP, inventory and cost accounting.
Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing.
Support tax, audit and compliance requirements.
Monitor internal controls and accounting policies.
Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Production and other departments on financial matters.
Supervise and support Finance & Accounting team members.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance; ACCA/CPA is an advantage.
Minimum 3–5 years of Finance & Accounting experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/Assistant Manager role.
FMCG / Manufacturing experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, costing, budgeting and tax.
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Good team management and coordination skills.
High attention to detail, integrity and accountability.
Location: Shwepyithar Yangon
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
