Follow up AR aging balance and resolve pending issues with Sales team (PG & PD). Coordinate cancel process with Logistics, Data, and Accounts. Verify credit calculation, guide Sales, and update customer credit terms in SAP. Prepare weekly AR collection forecast and submit to Finance. Download CMHL statement, match with aging data, resolve differences, and reconcile GL. Combine monthly sales detail and net sales data for reporting. Prepare sales mix analysis by branch and channel. Export monthly aging data from SAP and prepare the aging report. Calculate monthly DSO days by channel. Prepare commentary for aging report and Monthly Operation Review presentation. Prepare collection-in-transit report for all branches. Prepare advance receipt report by channel. Prepare MR Account AR days report for FY24 & FY25 and share with teams. Prepare CMHL elimination data (sales, JE, rebate, and Trade AR). Prepare CMHL reconciliation data, resolve differences, and support Tax department. Perform quarterly TTA calculation and coordinate approvals and payments.
Branch Leadership: Oversee daily operations of the branch and ensure that all departments function efficiently. Supervise and support department coordinators (Logistics, Admin, Finance, HR). Ensure alignment with company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Operational Oversight: Monitor warehouse and logistics activities including dispatches, stock movements, and inventory control. Ensure proper documentation and reporting across all functions. Financial & Administrative Management: Review financial reports, budgets, and expense records submitted by the Finance Coordinator or Accountant. Approve payments, purchases, and administrative requests within authorized limits. Human Resources & Staff Management: Supervise staff attendance, leave, and performance. Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development in coordination with HR. Reporting & Communication: Submit regular branch performance reports to Head Office. Act as the main point of contact between the branch and Head Office departments. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure branch operations comply with company policies and local regulations. Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.
