Job Description

  • Primarily responsible for handling support tickets and application support to the end users.
  • Design, develop, and deploy SSRS reports.
  • Create parameterized and drill-down reports
  • Maintain report server configuration and subscriptions
  • Design and manage ETL jobs using SQL Server Agent / SSIS
  • Maintain scheduled jobs and troubleshoot failures
  • Ensure data accuracy between systems
  • Ensure data accuracy between systems
  • Assist functional teams with data validation and troubleshooting
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Business One database
  • Good understanding of ERP functional processes
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability and willingness to provide on-call support as needed including after office hours and weekends.

Job Requirements

  • Mininum Bachelor's Degree holder.
  • Requires minimum 5 years of experience in supporting ERP related field or IT field
  • At least 2–3 years in supervisory or team lead role
  • Proven experience supporting ERP systems (preferably SAP Business One)
  • Experience managing production database environments.
  • Execution plan analysis and query performance tuning
  • Database backup, restore, maintenance, and monitoring
  • Experience with SQL Server Agent Jobs
  • Experience developing and deploying SSRS reports
  • Experience designing and maintaining ETL jobs
  • Experience integrating ERP data with external systems
  • Ability to analyze ERP data issues from both technical and functional perspectives
  • Ability to work independently and as well as collaborate with a team.
  • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms
