An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Provide support such as problem fix,monitoring and testing for business application.
  • When asn issue comes,should be able to diagnose,analyse and solve issue.
  • Ability and wiillingness to provide on-call support as needed including after office hours and week.
  • Ability to make through sales force automation application support.
  • Resolve problems, provide technical support research and answer questions.
  • Reviews and discusser open incidents to determine who and how the incidents should be handled.
  • Develop and maintain documentaion for issue logs and tickets analysis.
  • Monitor dtatbase performance, implement changes and apply new patches and versions when required.
  • Use high-speed transaction recovery techniques and backup data.
  • Minimise database downtime and manage parameters to provide fast query responses.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and expertise SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with database standards and end user applications.
  • Excellent knowledge of data backup,recovery,security,integrity and SQL
  • In-depth understanding of database structure principles.
  • Experience gathering and analyzing system requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field..
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting ERP systems or in an IT-related role.
  • Strong service-orinted mindset with high initative and ability to work indepentently.
  • Excellence communication skills and abality to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Proven problem-solving,critical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively and priortize urgent vs. important tasks.
  • Working with cross-fuctional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of database including SQL, database design and best practices.
  • Experience with database queries, relational data bases and data management.
  • Abality to work with data architect and IT specialists toset up,maintain and monitor data systems.
  • Experience with servre installation and maintenance.
  • Experience with Tyler Technologies ERP is a plus.
