Maintain accurate employee compensation and benefits records in HR systems.
Register new employees with the Social Security Board (SSB).
Prepare and submit SSB forms for employee enrollment, updates, and terminations.

Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in HR, payroll, or compensation & benefits roles preferred
Basic knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and SSB regulations
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/payroll systems.
