Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans aligned with sales targets and business goals for own brands. Develop and manage the brand plan and brand marketing budget efficiently. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of branding initiatives. Foster cross-functional collaboration with product development, sales, supply chain, order management and other related functional teams. Digital & Social Media Lead digital marketing strategy across platforms (Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and knowledge in google ads. Understand digital media terms, ad formats, KPIs, and performance analytics. Drive engagement and conversion through data-driven digital campaigns Advertising & Communication Plan and oversee all advertising activities including TVCs, digital campaigns, and influencer marketing. Manage agency partners for the development of integrated brand communication strategies. Write and deliver clear brand briefs for creative development. Ensure alignment between brand messaging and media strategy across TV, digital, OOH, and in-store channels. Track and analyze advertising KPIs and campaign performance metrics. Work closely with creative, media, and production agencies to develop campaigns and materials. Oversee the production process including shooting, editing, and final delivery of creative assets. Brand Development & R&D Develop product labeling, packaging, and compliance with local regulations. Collaborate with product development team on research for brand development and product innovation. Organize consumer and market research to derive actionable insights and market trends to support developing own brands. Collaborate with internal and external teams on product development and branding strategies. POSM, Packaging & Visual Marketing Supervise the design and production of Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM), packaging, and in-store displays. Collaborate with internal designers to ensure materials align with the overall brand concept and strategy. Develop and implement in-store visibility and merchandising strategies. Design and implement effective GTM strategies for product launches and category expansions. Along with GTM plans with consumer insights, sales objectives, and trade requirements. Financial & Performance Management Responsible for full P&L for the designated brands. Monitor the brand and sku performance on daily basic, monthly basic vs. targets; identify risks and opportunities. Work closely with finance, trade marketing team, sales teams and other functional teams to drive profitable growth.
Building automated workflows and business processes using Power Automate to streamline operations and improve efficiency Creating user-friendly interfaces and forms in Power Apps, ensuring a seamless user experience Conducting thorough testing of Power Platform solutions to identify and resolve issues or discrepancies Creating documentation for solutions, data models, and workflows to facilitate knowledge sharing and future development Providing training and support to end-users and colleagues to ensure they can effectively use Power Platform solutions Monitoring and optimizing the performance of Power Platform applications and workflows Ability to work in an agile environment with a focus on continuous improvement Self-motivated and eager to learn
