Job Description: Identifying hiring needs, creating, and posting Technical/Non-Technical job descriptions and job requirements Searching the potential talented workers that match the required jobs and qualifications to fill vacant positions with the best fit from various platforms Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity Building & updating our talent pool by searching & approaching different sourcing channels Screening CVs to ensure that the candidate matches the required qualifications Conducting phone interviews & inviting qualified candidates for interviews using the approved communication method (phone & email) and End to End Recruitment handling, onboarding and Induction of new joiners Performing any other required assessments for job applicants to ensure they are the best fit for the vacant position Maintain and frequently update candidate database and recruitment tracker for timely reporting Communicate the details of any new hire with all the concerned parties to ensure proper employee onboarding If necessary, can attend the Job Fairs and Job Events to growth the business network communities
The role involves supporting all aspects of sales and recruitment activities that require Japanese language proficiency. This includes supporting in the execution of sales strategies targeted at Japan markets, as well as assisting in the recruitment processes to identify and attract Japanese-speaking talent. - Vital role in ensuring the success of these activities by leveraging their language skills and cultural understanding to bridge communication gaps and foster strong relationships with clients and candidates alike. - Conduct interviews with engineers in Myanmar who can speak Japanese, ensuring their language skills meet the requirements. - Provide interview preparation for these engineers before introducing them to potential clients, helping them best present their skills and qualifications. - Assess the Japanese language proficiency of candidates to ensure they meet client expectations. - Facilitate smooth communication between Japanese staff, clients, and candidates, acting as a mediator and translator when necessary. -Provide operational support to Japanese staff, including document preparation, data analysis support, and document preparation based on their requests.
Proactively find ASEAN and Oceania's prospective clients, introduce candidates, sign contracts, and maintain relationships with clients and remote workers. Find prospective clients by yourself using referral, SNS message and post (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), Web site form entry, email, phone calls, visiting expo etc. Set up a meeting with the prospective client and check what kind of remote workers the client needs. Find candidates using the company's internal database, external job agency and own network. Introduce the candidate to the prospective client, and if the client is satisfied with the candidate, sign a contract with the client. Encourage the client to continue using the company services, follow up with the client and the remote worker even after the contract has been signed. Set sales goals and develop sales strategies. Work with the recruiting team to find and introduce the client's desired candidates to the client. Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. Possible business trip to the country where the client is located for the purpose of acquiring the client.
