  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Support marketing initiatives and internal communications.
  • Make initial screening phone calls to candidates.
  • Assist with recruitment-related tasks including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Support day-to-day operations and ad hoc tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, recruitment support, operations, or an administrative role (preferred).
  • Advanced/Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (both written and spoken is a must).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Curious mindset with creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Interest in using AI tools for work efficiency and content creation, with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Self-driven, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
