What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers while assigning and prioritizing technical tasks

• Ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices through reviews and technical guidance

• Design, develop, and implement new features, while managing bug triage with clear, actionable tickets

• Oversee delivery timelines, proactively identify risks, and ensure on-time project delivery

• Maintain clear technical documentation for issue tracking, progress monitoring, and reporting

• Collaborate closely with management to align technical execution with business goals and maintain transparency

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development

• Strong hands-on expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js)

• Proven experience with code reviews, bug triage, task management, and delivering high-quality work on time

• Experience using AI tools and a keen interest in developing AI-powered solutions

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Good command of spoken and written English

• Prior experience in a Team Lead or technical leadership role

• Strong skills in technical documentation, reporting, and process tracking
