The Logistic Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising logistics activities across Myanmar, including import/export compliance, border and port clearance, inland transport, warehouse management, and cost control. The role ensures smooth movement of goods (vehicles, spare parts, raw materials) from suppliers to end markets while complying with Myanmar’s trade regulations. Manage Import License (IL) applications, Form AI, customs clearance, and HS code compliance. Supervise port operations (Yangon, Kawthaung, Myawaddy, etc.), barge scheduling, and bonded warehouse usage. Coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines, and freight forwarders for ETA/ETD and container tracking. Plan and control truck/barge movements from ports and borders to Yangon warehouses and regional dealers. Monitor warehouse operations and implement proper stock control systems. Control logistics costs, including shipping, port charges, trucking, and warehousing. Negotiate with transporters, customs brokers, and shipping agents. Ensure compliance with Myanmar’s trade regulations and maintain accurate documentation. Work closely with Finance, Sales, and Admin teams to support company operations.
