Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field,
  • Minimum 10–15 years of sales experience in automotive / vehicle / machinery sectors,
  • Proven leadership experience in national or multi-regional sales management,
  • Strong dealer network and channel management experience,
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and strategic planning skills,Demonstrated results-driven leadership track record,
  • Strong analytical and performance management capability
  • ,Good English communication skills (written & spoken),
  • Willingness to travel nationwide
