  • Dealer Network Expansion & Planning
  • Identify, evaluate, and appoint new dealers aligned with market potential
  • Develop network coverage strategies based on sales and geographic opportunities
  • Conduct dealer feasibility and business viability assessments
  • Dealer Performance Management
  • Monitor dealer sales performance, KPIs, and profitability metrics
  • Implement improvement plans and corrective actions where necessary
  • Ensure adherence to dealership policies, standards, and brand guidelines
  • Dealer Capability & Business Development
  • Support dealers in business planning, retail strategies, and operations
  • Drive dealer profitability through sales, after-sales, and parts initiatives
  • Facilitate dealer training, process improvements, and best practices
  • Channel Standards & Compliance
  • Ensure showroom, service, and customer experience standards are maintained
  • Conduct regular dealer audits and performance evaluations
  • Maintain governance, documentation, and compliance discipline
  • Stakeholder & Relationship Management
  • Build strong working relationships with dealers and channel partners
  • Act as the primary coordination point between dealers and internal departments
  • Resolve dealer operational and commercial challenges

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in automotive / vehicle / distribution industry
  • Proven experience in dealer network management or channel development
  • Strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability
  • Good English communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Willingness to travel extensively
