HR Executive We are currently looking for an HR Executive/ HRBP position. The position is to be based in Yangon, Myanmar and reporting to the HR Operations Manager/ Senior HRBP. The HRBP will play a crucial role in executing HR functions that are aligned as well as providing essential compliance advisory to the management team of the project owner. Key responsibilities will include cultivating a positive and inclusive work culture, implementing HR programs, and offering strategic HR support to the designated project owner. Sales Manager (Pesticides) We are currently looking for Sales & Marketing Manager position with one of the leading agrochemical manufacturers in the SEA region. Key responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion for the company’s agrochemical and pesticides product portfolio in Myanmar. The role focuses on developing distribution channels, managing customer relationships, identifying market opportunities, and providing regular market intelligence to Head Office. The position is to be based in Yangon and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager in Singapore . Responsibilities Identify, develop, and manage customers and distributors to effectively distribute the products Expand business presence and market share through strategic sales and marketing initiatives Maintain strong relationships with existing customers/dealers while actively developing new accounts and business opportunities Keep motivating dealers and built business relationships with the distributors Conduct regular field visits to support customers, understand their needs, and provide product and technical guidance Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales report, expense report and market information reports to Regional Sales Manager in Singapore Prepare and maintain records, annual reports and reauthorization for various facility and operations permits Perform other duties as necessary and as assigned
Warehouse Supervisor We are currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor position with one of the leading Heavy Machinery and Railway Products Companies from Europe. The position is to be based in Yangon, Myanmar and reporting to the Supply Chain Manager and Courntry Project Manager. Responsibilities: Material stock control and material buyer for different activities. IT management through GMAO. Warehouse organization and control; Monthly closing concerning hours/materials and data reporting to the headquarters in Europe Data entry in GMAO; -Database support for maintenance and warehouse management. Suppliers’ management (orders, payments, possible claims…) Must take care of the supply and replacement for preventive and corrective maintenance. Stock control and chase of the deliveries from different providers. –Includes sending for repair parts from suppliers and monitoring until the return. Preparation and execution of orders. Knowledge of industrial environment in heavy machinery or automobile would be appreciated Filling and verification forms generated in the workshop (intervention sheets, quality, etc.) Ensuring that all completed documentation is recorded in the maintenance systems and filed for later retrieval.
