HR Executive 

 

We are currently looking for an HR Executive/ HRBP position. The position is to be based in Yangon, Myanmar and reporting to the HR Operations Manager/ Senior HRBP.

 

The HRBP will play a crucial role in executing HR functions that are aligned as well as providing essential compliance advisory to the management team of the project owner. Key responsibilities will include cultivating a positive and inclusive work culture, implementing HR programs, and offering strategic HR support to the designated project owner.

 

Responsibilities

  • Be part of the outsourced HR Operation Team
  • Coordinate, review and response to the HR related inquiries or requests
  • Communicate and corporate with internal cross-functional teams
  • Collect, analyse, and create report for attendance, Leave and Overtime records
  • Maintain and update all company HR policies and procedures.  
  •  Keep all information up to date and in order and create reports from HRIS 
  • Partner with managers on providing advice on all employment relations matters.
  • Facilitating disciplinarily meetings, redundancies and terminations from time to time.
  • Ensure all documentation is legally compliant and best practice.
  • Take part in health and safety initiatives, such as workplace inspections, hazard identification and others as required.
  • Liaise with external supplier and facilitate visa applications as needed.
  • Assist with relocation of expatriate if coming from oversea.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder with Certificate/Diploma in Human Resources and/or Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in HR field
  • Effective communication skills 
  • In-depth knowledge in Myanmar Labor Law and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel) and Google products (Gmail, Meet, Drive, etc)
  • Able to works under pressure and meets deadlines   
  • Ability to work effectively as a Team member
  • Language: must be communicable in English

  • Location: Insein and Mingalar Taung Nyunt
