The HR Executive is responsible for managing and executing payroll processes, ensuring accurate income tax calculation and compliance with labor laws. This role also involves supervising daily HR functions, including employee attendance, leave management, and supporting the recruitment and selection process. The HR Executive will work closely with management to ensure efficient HR operations and contribute to a positive workplace environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time. Calculate and manage income tax deductions in compliance with government regulations. Maintain and update employee records , attendance, and leave data. Check the day-to-day HR operations to ensure smooth functioning of HR activities. Coordinate and manage the recruitment process , including job posting, screening, interviews, and selection. Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining proper documentation. Ensure compliance with labor laws, taxation, and company regulations.
