Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies to comply with Myanmar Market Organize and implement for the accomplishment of all campaigns and activities. Work with agencies and local marketing team to set up story board, advertising media, communication campaigns, and events to create Brand Awareness of Focus Products to target audience. Conduct market research, surveys and analysis of the marketing campaign to evaluate trends, success or failure of the launched campaign, brand awareness and competition ventures. Prepare for diverse market distributions and promotional materials (brochures, press releases, digital, website material etc.) Maintain relationships with media vendors, exhibitors, KOLs, purchasers and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities. Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance. Consolidate weekly report to update market situation, sales performance and results of the launched marketing campaign and competitor update. Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information. Collaborate with related departments and teams in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.

(Monthly, Quarterly). - Assist Senior Product Development Executive in creating Formulating and outline a comprehensive marketing plan for the year and aligned with the strategic business plan. - Travel to markets every week to know market situations for product development and product promotion activities. - Obtain consumer insights to drive brand proposition and positioning. - Interact with the relevant teams regarding with product development activities.

Perform the full audit cycle according to monthly and annual audit plan. Perform the risk assessment, review and evaluate the financial records and control management over the financial operations. Ensure that the audit evidence obtained must be appropriate and sufficient. Prepare and present report to senior auditor regarding the audit results and documents the audit process. Collaborate with team members in performing the assigned audit process. Perform other duty assigned by HOD. Regular Quarterly and Annual Financial Audit for HO and Branch ( Sales and Credit Balance, Expenses, Inventory, Cash and Bank, Financial Statements, Monthly Ground Stock Checking and other audit matters) Operational Audit (Auditing some expenses before spending and require internal auditing process)
