Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for the team.

2. Team Leadership & Management

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise sales team members.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

4. Sales Operations & Monitoring

  • Track sales performance using System tools and analytics.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. (Daily, Weekly and Monthly)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and sales processes.

5. Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing to align campaigns with sales goals.
  • Coordinate with Product, Finance, and Customer Support for seamless operations.

6. Market Expansion

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
  • Lead initiatives to expand the company’s market presence.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or Science Degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles. (Minimum 5 to 10 Years)
  • Able to proficiently use internet, outlook emails and Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Power-point).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Leadership skills with a focus on team motivation and performance.
  • Can be travelling across the country.
