Assist in reviewing requisition documents and ensuring timely procurement processing. Support the evaluation of quotations, purchase orders, and procurement agreements. Verify the accuracy and completeness of procurement-related documents. Monitor and maintain supplier performance records, including cost, quality, and delivery time. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials. Work with logistics and inventory teams to ensure continuous availability of materials. Assist with payment processing and credit arrangements in coordination with the Finance Department. Maintain accurate procurement records for audit and compliance purposes. Support the development and update of procurement policies and procedures. Prepare monthly procurement reports and perform other assigned duties.
