Performs troubleshooting as required, as such, leads to problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors and other support users. Manages day-to-day operation, hardware server, storage, installation, configuration operating system, and application, and records the system downtime and equipment inventory. Duties and Responsibilities of Application Development Unit Manager Ensure that applications meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues.
