As a Graphic Designer within the Sisburma Product Design Department, you are the visual storyteller of our merchandise. You won't just be "making layouts”, you will be translating cultural vibes and global fashion trends into wearable art. You will work at the intersection of traditional aesthetics and modern streetwear/apparel, ensuring every print and pattern resonates with our community. Key Responsibilities - Design original artworks, placements prints, and "allover" patterns (AOP) for various garment categories. - Translate seasonal mood boards into tangible design elements, selecting colour palettes that align with the Sisburma brand DNA. - Develop custom lettering and logo variations specifically for apparel and accessory branding. - Create detailed graphic specification sheets, including precise measurements, Pantone® colour callouts, and printing technique recommendations (e.g., screen print, embroidery, DTG). - Maintain a clean, organised library of "Production Ready" vector files to ensure seamless handoffs to manufacturers. - Work closely with the Creative Director & Pattern Designer to ensure graphics complement the garment’s silhouette and fabric.
- Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch - Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse, retail stores, and inventory teams - Maintain clean, organized, and efficient warehouse layout - Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels and records - Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and audits - Investigate and resolve discrepancies (shortage, damage, overstock) - Plan and coordinate timely delivery of products to stores - Ensure correct allocation and transfer of stock across multiple locations - Optimize processes to improve speed and reduce errors - Maintain proper documentation and reporting systems - Improve warehouse processes for better efficiency and cost control - Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards - Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks - Monitor team performance and provide training where needed - reports directly to the Warehouse & Operations Manager
