Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth store performance.

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive business growth.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain high service standards.

Ensure compliance with company operational policies and Visual Merchandising (VM) standards.

Manage staff performance, inventory, store presentation, and coordination with Head Office.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or fashion retail

Strong leadership, team management, and sales management skills.

Good understanding of store operations, inventory management, and Visual Merchandising
