Report to Facilities Manager. Support in planning, implementing and facilities, equipment maintenance program with supervisor. Manage daily operations repairs and improve preventive maintenance systems. Read and interpret project work orders and deformation required materrials/ equipment and proper execution. Control and manage budget and expense of facilitities operation and maintenance. Prepare daily sites progress reports.
Search potential clients. Dealing with queries on the phone and by email. Dealing with email enquiries & Taking minutes. Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities. Data entry (sales figures, property listings etc.) General office management such as ordering stationary. Arranging both internal and external events. Managing diaries, scheduling meeting and booking rooms. Typing Letter and reports & Updating records using database. Liaising with staff in other departments, finance, HR. Handing documentation and paperwork for government authorities.
Develops written, visual, and video content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms. Designs graphics, reels, and interactive media to boost engagement. Plans and executes content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns. Creates posts, captions, and stories for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Monitors audience engagement and responds to comments/messages. Optimizes content with keywords and metadata for better search rankings. Tracks performance (likes, shares, reach, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc and prepare monthly report. Ensures all content reflects Company’s image, style, and values. Experiments with new formats like podcasts, reels, and interactive posts. Works with designers and coordinates with clients or managers to align content with business objectives. Measures success and adjusts strategies for improvement.
Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, plans, and detailed drawings drafting using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software. Support in developing design presentations, 3D models, renderings, and construction documents related to Architectural. Participate in design development meetings and site visits, contribute creative ideas and technical solutions Prepare and organize project documentation, reports, and specifications. Support senior architects in ensuring design compliance with regulations.

- Enter payment transactions, invoices, journal and receipt into the accounting system. - Completing entries in the daily cash book. (Payment Voucher & Receipt Voucher). - Assist to senior-level. - Manage daily cash transactions & monthly, quarterly and annual closings. - Facilitating bank deposits and withdrawals. - Other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time. - Report to Finance Department (daily report and monthly report).
