Job Summary Join Star Light Group as an Architect in Thaketa, Yangon, and contribute to innovative building designs from concept to construction. You will support senior architects with drafting, 3D visualization, documentation, and site coordination, helping deliver compliant and high-quality projects. Key Responsibilities ● Assist in preparing architectural designs, plans, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools. ● Develop design presentations, 3D models, renderings, and construction documents for project delivery. ● Participate in design meetings and site visits, offering creative ideas and practical technical solutions. ● Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, reports, and specifications accurately. ● Support senior architects in ensuring all designs meet project standards and regulatory requirements.
Assist in day-to-day property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant services Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of work Support budgeting, cost control, and expense tracking for property operations Handle tenant communications, complaints, and requests in a professional manner Assist in preparing reports, contracts, and documentation related to property operations Monitor cleanliness, safety, and compliance with building regulations Conduct regular property inspections and follow up on issues identified Maintain lease records, billing, and payment status in coordination with finance teams Support leasing activities and coordinate with agents or potential tenants when needed Assist in planning and supervising renovation or improvement works
Must be proficient in AutoCAD 2D. Must be proficient in Microsoft office & project. Able to prepare BOQ, Cost estimation and budget for projects. Able to prepare quotation and contract. Able to check drawings, quantities and contractors quotations and payments ensuring the accuracy of calculations. Able to prepare construction working schedule, site visit & report to Management team for the projects progress. Able to coordinate with consultants, suppliers, contractors and site operation team. Able to do any others duties related with Engineering assigned by department head.
Site Supervision and Inspection Monitor and supervise day-to-day site activities and construction steps, from foundation to finishing. Conduct site inspections, checking layout, level, alignment, dimension, size, and spacing against construction drawings and specifications. Supervise workers, and subcontractors. Monitor concrete pouring, curing processes, and prepare concrete cube and slump tests for workability. Ensure quality standards are maintained and technical issues are resolved on time. Planning and Coordination Assist the Project Manager/Engineer in handling and monitoring project progress. Coordinate and meet with various parties, including clients, main contractors, other civil contractors, and M&E teams, to meet project deadlines. Attend daily/weekly progress and coordination meetings to report on progress and discuss schedule and safety. Request daily and weekly material, equipment, machinery, and tool requirements from the store or procurement department. Documentation and Reporting Record and report daily site progress, manpower, and machinery usage to the site office or head office. Check actual dimensions and material usage before preparing and submitting claim bills. Request work permits and lead tool-box meetings to explain safety, work procedures, and today's schedule. Technical and Quality Control Read, interpret, and detail structural and architectural drawings based on preliminary concepts. Implement and perform work related to formwork, rebar, and concrete for various structural elements (e.g., footing, column, beam, stair, slab, etc.). Supervise decoration, renovation, and alteration works, including brick wall installation, tiling, and painting. Control site materials according to the Bill of Quantities (BQ).

Plans and executes content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns. Creates posts, captions, and stories for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Monitors audience engagement and responds to comments/messages. Optimizes content with keywords and metadata for better search rankings. Tracks performance (likes, shares, reach, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc and prepare monthly report. Ensures all content reflects Company’s image, style, and values. Experiments with new formats like podcasts, reels, and interactive posts. Works with designers and coordinates with clients or managers to align content with business objectives. Measures success and adjusts strategies for improvement.
Search potential clients. Dealing with queries on the phone and by email. Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities. Data entry (sales figures, property listings etc.) Arranging both internal and external events. Managing diaries, scheduling meeting and booking rooms. Handing documentation and paperwork for government authorities.
