• Prepare cost estimates and manage capital expenditure within the budget. • Ensure initiation of procurement of capital machinery through URS, conduct technical analysis of offers, and after successful FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), ensure smooth handover of machines followed by commissioning and qualification (both for process and utility areas) with the support of consultants and foreign technical experts or specialized teams. Report to Facilities Manager. Support in planning, implementing and facilities, equipment maintenance program with supervisor. Manage daily operations repairs and improve preventive maintenance systems. Read and interpret project work orders and deformation required materrials/ equipment and proper execution. Control and manage budget and expense of facilitities operation and maintenance. Prepare daily sites progress reports.
Receive payments (cash, cheque, bank transfer). Issue receipts and maintain proper documentation. Handle daily cash collection and prepare cash summary. Perform daily cash reconciliation. Maintain petty cash and submit petty cash reports. Ensure safe custody of cash and financial documents. Coordinate with the operations team regarding payments. Record daily transactions in the accounting system or ledger. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports. Reconcile bank statements and cash balances. Prepare payment vouchers and journal entries. Assist in preparing financial statements. Support monthly closing and audit process. Maintain proper filing of invoices and financial documents. Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- - Enter payment transactions, invoices, journal and receipt into the accounting system. - Completing entries in the daily cash book. (Payment Voucher & Receipt Voucher). - Assist to senior-level. - Manage daily cash transactions & monthly, quarterly and annual closings. - Facilitating bank deposits and withdrawals. - Other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time. - Report to Finance Department (daily report and monthly report).
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and prepare employee handbook systems in line with company goals and labor laws Negotiate employment terms and prepare offer letters and employment contracts. Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits Oversee performance management systems, appraisal processes, and employee development plans Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company regulations, and statutory requirements Prepare monthly payroll based on Management approved attendance, leave, and overtime records ensuring payroll compliance with labor laws and company policies Manage compensation, benefits, leave administration, and HR records, calculate salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime payments accurately Coordinate salary payments, bank transfers, and payroll schedules respond to payroll related inquiries Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and hiring Advise management on HR strategies, workforce planning, and organizational development, promoting a positive company culture, employee engagement, and workplace well-being and execute recruitment strategies to meet current and future manpower needs Build and maintain a talent pipeline and employer branding initiatives Prepare HR reports related to manpower, recruitment status, payroll report and Employee Appraisal Report Maintain accurate and confidential records and HR databases Manage HR budgets and recruitment costs efficiently Support leadership development and succession planning, monitor training effectiveness and support continuous improvement initiatives from Human Resource point
