Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, plans, and detailed drawings drafting using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software. Report to Facilities Manager. Support in planning, implementing and facilities, equipment maintenance program with supervisor. Manage daily operations repairs and improve preventive maintenance systems. Read and interpret project work orders and deformation required materrials/ equipment and proper execution. Control and manage budget and expense of facilitities operation and maintenance. Prepare daily sites progress reports.
Site Supervision and Inspection Monitor and supervise day-to-day site activities and construction steps, from foundation to finishing. Conduct site inspections, checking layout, level, alignment, dimension, size, and spacing against construction drawings and specifications. Supervise workers, and subcontractors. Monitor concrete pouring, curing processes, and prepare concrete cube and slump tests for workability. Ensure quality standards are maintained and technical issues are resolved on time. Planning and Coordination Assist the Project Manager/Engineer in handling and monitoring project progress. Coordinate and meet with various parties, including clients, main contractors, other civil contractors, and M&E teams, to meet project deadlines. Attend daily/weekly progress and coordination meetings to report on progress and discuss schedule and safety. Request daily and weekly material, equipment, machinery, and tool requirements from the store or procurement department. Documentation and Reporting Record and report daily site progress, manpower, and machinery usage to the site office or head office. Check actual dimensions and material usage before preparing and submitting claim bills. Request work permits and lead tool-box meetings to explain safety, work procedures, and today's schedule. Technical and Quality Control Read, interpret, and detail structural and architectural drawings based on preliminary concepts. Implement and perform work related to formwork, rebar, and concrete for various structural elements (e.g., footing, column, beam, stair, slab, etc.). Supervise decoration, renovation, and alteration works, including brick wall installation, tiling, and painting. Control site materials according to the Bill of Quantities (BQ).
Work collaboratively with the team to install Solar PV (Photovoltaic) systems, inverters, battery systems, and related components. Inspect, test, and fine-tune installed systems to ensure proper and efficient operation. Troubleshoot and repair any defects or issues that arise in customers’ solar systems. Perform regular preventive maintenance to maximize system performance. Strictly follow workplace safety standards and procedures during all operations. Record detailed information of all work activities and report to the relevant department.

Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills • Strong analytical thinking for identifying discrepancies. • Ability to resolve billing disputes, payroll issues, and budget variances. • Handling multi-currency transactions and international payments. 7.
