- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets - Ensure excellent customer service standards, showroom cleanliness, and visual merchandising - Monitor sales KPIs, team performance, and individual productivity - Plan and execute showroom promotions, events, and test-drive campaigns - Coordinate closely with Marketing, Logistics, and Service teams to ensure smooth operations - Handle VIP customers and key sales negotiations when required - Ensure full compliance with brand standards and company policies - Analyze local market trends and propose strategies to improve showroom performance - Prepare sales reports and provide insights and recommendations to senior management
